DERMAL FILLERS
FOR WOMEN

Dermal fillers are a non-surgical technique to restore and replenish the skin, adding volume to deep lines and reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Dermal fillers can also enhance facial contours.
Dermal fillers contain Hyaluronic acid, (gel-like substance) which is a natural substance that already exists in our bodies, it helps keep our skin looking plump. Overtime we tend to lose volume and shape, giving us an appearance of unwanted fine lines and wrinkles.
At our clinic we believe in starting small and building up over time to achieve a natural and subtle look. Not ‘Frozen’ or ‘overdone’.
A cosmetic treatment should ideally not be obvious and should look like a natural enhancement of a person’s natural beauty.
At our clinic we only use FDA approved Dermal fillers including: Juvéderm XC, VOLUMA, VOLBELLA, VOLLURE
Recent scientific research has proved that dermal fillers remain within the treated area for significantly longer than the previously expected 6-18months. This is why it is important to start small and build up.

The following areas can be covered as part of the lip filling treatment:
– Vermillion Border: This is the edge of the lip, where the skin meets the lip area. Injecting here will roll the lip up, our approach is less is more.
– Cupid’s Bow: The centre of the top lip, injecting here will enhance your natural lip giving you a lovely pout.
– Lip Volume
– Philtrum Enhancement: The philtrum is the shallow groove that runs up the middle of the face, the two raised areas above the cupids bow between the nose and lip. Small amount of filler will add definition.
Swelling and bruising are a possibility when treating the lips, however, your highly skilled practitioner will aim to minimise the risk of this occurring via the use of AccuVein Technology and cultivated skills
